:: Allover covered field of a staggered Herati design motif with excellent contrast, geometric contour, and brilliant gem-like shade throughout, all likely in naturally derived form. Colors and shades include: Ruby red grapefruit, deep blush, bright saffron yellow, sapphire blue, forest green, burgundy wine red, black cherry red, chocolate brown, aubergine, powder blue, and more. Condition notes: Areas of high and low pile height. Most of the original side cord selvages are intact or restored. Mostly secure sides and ends. Localized areas of recess to darker shades based on mordents. Side cord selvages could use a refresh at an additional cost. One area of localized tatter to the plain weave on one end.
