Impressive vintage Agra carpet from India. This is a fine, very high quality production piece with high quality dyes and wool. Soft red ground is decorated with large and small palmettes with small cloud band motif. The impressive green blue border is also decorated with large and smaller palmettes. This piece has a very good colour balance.
