A dazzling antique Caucasian rug from Kuba district in the North East Azerbaijan with a pleasing "abraj" and all natural dyes. Wonderful design elements include small zoomorphic features, crosses, flowers, feathers, shields and motifs symbolizing fertility and prosperity. Even medium wool pile on wool foundation and excellent state of preservation with nicely braided original fringes.
