nr. 1347 - A Caucasian kilim with a particular appearance, given by the design with a strong personality and the intense shade of the background color.
The change in color could be due to an error in dyeing the wool or (experts say) create on purpose to give more depth to the carpet.
I also accepted the small restoration in the corner, out of respect to its age: upon request I can intervene by redoing the restoration.
