This geometric pictorial piece joins the latest additions to the Homage Collection by Rug
Kilim, an ambitious custom-capable approach to recapturing and reinventing an unprecedented range of international styles including Oriental patterns with fresh, European influences. Inspired from classic and revered Korean folk art Tiger rugs, the dimensionality of the cultured, elevated tiger pictorial plays beautifully against the open field, brought to life both by the subtle juxtaposition of taupe and beige tones as well as the likeness of distressed, shabby-chic aesthetic created through the refined texture of hand knotted wool; originating from one of our most reputed looms in Afghanistan.
