About the Item
nr. 615 - This very particular little runner is in truth a nomadic saddlebag: unstitched on the sides it has changed its appearance and function. In Italy few have been able to appreciate saddlebags, for example as newspaper holders.
So I tought of unstitching some of them to obtain rugs to use for example as a bed bottom or anywhere.
However the kilim-woden part not always looks as beautiful as this one: for the most part it is a simple plain weaving.
