Hand-knotted in a luxurious blend of wool and silk, this extra-long 3x18 runner rug is a new addition to Rug
Kilim’s Textural Collection, and represents a new series of custom-capable contemporary designs.
On the Design:
This piece also represents the work of one of the finest looms in Nepal, which enjoys a very durable wool pile for modern spaces. In its colorway, cream and white tones underscore a play of textural stripes in a cut loop pile, reimagining the monochromatic look with more of a sense of movement in the subtle color variations while still creating a comfortable, pleasing presence in any space. The look is extremely modern, made to sit with any furniture and style with a tasteful elegance, which speaks to the soul of this collection, where “simple” is never “ordinary.”
