This 9x12 textural rug by Rug
Kilim has been handwoven and hand-knotted in wool together in a marriage of pile and flatweave—one of many subtle elements to our design philosophy in plain rugs that “simple” never means “ordinary”.
On the Design:
The Texture of Color collection enjoys an inventive take on plain rugs, with this particular design enjoying cream white and beige tones and a subtle pattern made through the incredibly subdued, skillful variations of color and pile which keen eyes will admire. Connoisseurs will admire this piece with a comfortable presence underscore a work of subtle, tone-on-tone striae, or a “patternless take on pattern” as our Principal Jahanshah Nazmiyal likes to refer to the sense of movement these rugs enjoy. It’s a versatile choice of cozy color and subdued presence, and a sophisticated high-end answer to solid rugs that’s comfortable in any space.
