Handwoven in a wool flatweave, this 8x10 rug is a new unveiling from the European rug collection by Rug Kilim—one of its earliest works, inspired by antique Tudor rugs and English tapestries. On the Design: This rug is from the earliest custom works by Jahanshah Nazmiyal that started this collection, released for the first time. Admirers of the craft will appreciate the skill it takes to execute these fine curves in the floral patterns on such a large scale. A black, almost ebony field underscores gold, green, blue and pink floral patterns among several other present vibrant hues.
