Handwoven in wool circa 1950-1960, this 6x9 vintage Afghan kilim is a new curation from Rug
Kilim’s collection.
On the Design:
This particular rare piece enjoys brown, black
green stripes with fine white detailing. The constitution embraces a two-panel style with two of the widest panels we’ve ever seen brought together into one piece. This is an unusual, yet beautiful Kilim, and an exemplar of tribal style as well.
Condition:
This mid-century Afghan Kilim enjoys good condition for its age and origin. Furthermore, its promotional price is in support of the women of Afghanistan.
