This 10x13 vintage Kilim represents a rare new curation of mid-20th-century Egyptian flatweaves in Rug
Kilim’s collection, handwoven in wool and originating from Egypt circa 1950-1960.
On the Design:
The playful hues of gold, ivory and rust complement the sense of easygoing, soothing movement created in the classic chevron pattern with a warm and joyful mood, with the subtle variations of hue within the repetition lending a slight air of rustic charm to an otherwise vibrant rug.
