About the Item
This antique, circa 1900, Karabagh runner has a charcoal black field with an overall tomato-red, buff-brown and mole-brown herati-pattern, in a narrow tomato-red border of scrolling acanthus leaf and floral vine, inner triple indigo-blue, raspberry-red and tomato-red meandering floral and ribbon stripes, outer mole-brey and apricot reciprocal skittle-pattern stripe.
