About the Item
This very rare and unusual carpet is hand woven in China. A plain indigo blue decorated with a large tree, a Chinese symbol of knowledge and wisdom makes this carpet more like a painting that is woven for the floor. A true art for the floor, this carpet the envy of all the deco type Chinese rugs.
Small restorations done by master weaver and wear consistent with the age of the carpet, this jewel is in good condition. Measures: 9'7" x 8'.
