The motifs, hand knotted in bamboo silk, have a longer fiber length to have the design stand out of the lower pile and create a 3D effect.
The gray background is made of extra fine wool.
This rug has a fantastic feel, very soft and smooth. We can reproduce this design in sizes up to 20 x 16 ft on order. Other color combinations are possible. Goes great with Art Deco or Hollywood Regency interior design, but will be an eye catcher in any room, no matter if it is a living room, dining room or bedroom. Interior designers welcome.
