About the Item
This is an antique Indian Dhurrie Rug Flat-weave kilim woven during the first quarter of the 20th century circa 1920s and measures 455 x 337 CM in size. This kilim has an all-over geometric design with seven rows of alternating motifs. The colors used to create this textile are mostly pastel versions of the primary colors with an additional pastel yellow color. It has been retained in overall good condition with some areas of wear and a couple of extremely small re-weaves that are normal and consistent with its age.
