L'Ornement collection is an ode to the most celebrated French art movement, Rococo. It is a feast for the eyes filled with romantic designs, dramatic patterns, ebullience and opulence. The carpets are very feminine with soft lines and sinuous designs and showcase high level of ornamentation which is symbolic of the Rococo era.
The intent of the carpet design is to create an impression of astonishment, admiration and grandeur at the first sight. The extravagant exuberance of the Rococo paintings has inspired the design of the carpet.
