This beautiful, modern hand-tufted wool rug is part of our Laura Gottwald for Apadana Collection and features brown, blue, pink, and green fields. This Mosaico design: A kaleidoscopic repeat pattern of free-hand triangles, Mosaico is reminiscent of 1920’s
American folk art shardware (a.k.a. “bits
pieces”) made of broken pottery.
People unconsciously feel more whole and grounded on a geometric foundation.
Each rug design has contoured edges integral to its pattern. The contours have the
effect of softening the transition from carpeted area to floor. . . . . a great look!
Our rugs are fabricated from virgin Persian wool, hand-dyed in Laura’s bespoke colors, expertly hand-tufted by artisans in Northern India.
