Hand knotted in an exceptionally soft Ghazni wool with a unique blend of yarns, this 8 x 10 custom rug hails from the latest additions to Rug
Kilim’s Burano Collection, reputed for its pioneering method of capturing Classic patterns with especially European sensible interpretations of Oriental inspirations. Drawing influence from early Persian rug designs, the rarity of the green field background is matched only by the finesse and soothing, inviting repetition of the Classic ram’s Horn motif, creating a very natural sense of movement toward the red and blue borders with a richness and warmth complementing the historic look achieved in this edition.
