On the Design:
This rug is a poetic interpretation of an enchanting woodland boundary, a tribute to the fleeting beauty of autumnal foliage. It beautifully captures the spirit of Chinese Art Deco, which often elevated nature's forms into striking, elegant compositions. The central field is a vast, quiet expanse of deep, rich green, serving as a tranquil canvas for the dramatic border motif.
The design is framed by an organic, vine-like structure rendered in pale terracotta and light brown, which wraps the perimeter like a wild wreath.
