On the Design:
Inspired by the venerated 1920s style, this contemporary ode to Chinese art deco rugs, leans almost toward a revival of cubism or early mid-century modern French aesthetics than the Chinese adaptation of the Style Moderne in the earliest parts of the Art Deco movement - all the more beautiful for it, as it still reads both modern and chic today. Connoisseurs will further note that our principal has seldom seen such a rare Deco curation from works in this provenance.
