This 6x9 rug is a bold new new addition to Rug Kilim’s Homage Collection. Hand-knotted in wool, its design celebrates antique Yuruk tribal rugs in fresh, modern colors and a unique textural approach. Further on the Design: The eye is drawn to both the graphic, sharp tribal geometric patterns and the fresh array of modern colors. Connoisseurs will note this design favors lozenge diamonds in its intriguing array of motifs. Keen eyes will further admire the range of moss and chartreuse green that play with a taupe accent. The play of modern color and classic pattern, furthermore, sits gorgeous in our contemporary approach to distressed texture. This is our inventive take on Rustic Modern designs in an easy-to-maintain, comfortable wash and approachable attitude. The result is a brilliant take on shabby-chic sensibility, and an ideal low-pile choice with versatile and vast applications.
