Admirers of the craft will note much of the ombre in this gift-size rug look comes from a play of pile and flatweave textures in a natural high-and-low texture forming this grid-like geometric pattern. In this piece, black tones underscore a range of gold and yellow hues in a fabulous sense of movement and purposeful, yet comfortable directionality—unique in each new example of this collection, where no two gradients are alike.
