On the Design:
This custom rug sample enjoys a grid-like framework, with small raised squares positioned at playful sporadic intervals throughout the field, underscored by silver-gray, white and beige-taupe tones delighting in the silk’s gentle, natural sheen. Keen eyes will further note the weaving style which incorporates a high-low texture in the geometric patterns that adds a sense of movement and dimensionality to the many elements at play.
