Kilim.
On the Design:
These photos represent a recently sold 9x12 rug in this design, which enjoys beige, taupe and rust floral patterns and tribal motifs.
This new line is made with a new yarn Josh Nazmiyal is introducing, which has a notable weight and sheen to it in colors one rarely sees in this style. The weaving technique completes the old-world look of the pattern with high quality construction. The design is complementary to the rustic, old-world charm and transitional whimsy of Oushak rugs that distinguishes them from other, more traditional Oriental rug provenances.
