This 9x12 Swedish style kilim is from the inventive “Nu” texture in Rug
Kilim’s award-winning Scandinavian flat weave collection. Handwoven in wool.

This rug enjoys a boucle-like texture of blended yarns, and a look both impressionistic and comfortable in its details. Keen eyes will admire the warm look of striae and subtle color variation, and the sense of movement they create. This kilim exemplifies that principle in a range of taupe and slate gray colors in its comfortable, cozy presence. Keen eyes may further admire ice blue and off-white accents in the many forgiving tones this design evokes.
Our modern flat weave further enjoys our reputed, heavier body with buckle resistance and greater durability against foot traffic. A comfortable, sophisticated contribution to the Swedish Deco aesthetic that both innovates and honors mid-century Scandinavian rugs.
