On the Design:
Connoisseurs may admire our high quality yarn that lends a subtle striae with more of a sense of movement and depth—a subtle nod to Rollakan techniques in a modern fashion. The choice of colors, too, explores their retro feel in a more refreshing quality. This particular rug features a polychrome colorway but definitely underscored by beige-brown tones—the colors are very 70s retro, shabby-chic vibes.
It’s a thoughtful use of distinct, yet complementary hues that lends mid-century chic a fabulous new look and feel. One of the chief things we lend is our high-low texture, here, which lends a rich sense of depth and more movement to the repeat.
