Kilim’s Scandinavian rug collection—a new line of flatweaves, made with a luxurious blend of handwoven wool and exotic yarns inspired by Alpaca.
On the Design:
Admirers of the craft may admire our Swedish flatweave rug with an exemplary blend of wool and exotic yarns complementing the varied hues with a striated, abrashed look. Keen eyes may admire the geometric pattern inspired by Sigvard Bernadotte, in subtle tones of green, blue and cream—offering exceptional pagination
movement in a modern scale.
This is an especially soft new flatweave, with a particularly smooth texture inherent to the exotic yarns—drawing on the look and feel of Alpaca rugs, as nuanced and alluring to the touch as the warm, creamy colors are to the eye. Our flatweave’s more durable, weighted body is also a hallmark of the collection, made for high-traffic and heavy-furniture spaces.
