Hailing from Rug Kilim’s Burano collection, this is a 5x7 piece inspired by antique Oriental rugs, particularly tribal rugs of Kuba and Persian Kazak provenance. Handknotted in Ghazni wool. On the Design: In this piece, blue, burgundy and taupe tones underscore a play of geometric patterns in medallion and all over style, with black accents punctuating the sharp, derrated drawing.
