73298 Antique Persian Shiraz Rug, 04'06 X 06'10. Warm and inviting with rustic sensibility, this hand-knotted wool antique Persian Shiraz rug beautifully embodies tribal style with nomadic charm. The weathered field features a three stepped rhomboid pole medallion with latch-hook edges floating in a cut-out field of denim and terra cotta. Onyx and ivory lines with latch-hook edge create the cut-out field surrounded by a combination of geometric and symbolic tribal motifs. Rustic yet refined, this antique Persian tribal rug would also complement mountain living for luxury ski chalets, secluded hunting lodges and ranch estates found in Montana, Colorado, Lake Tahoe, Wyoming, or the Adirondacks. Reminiscences of an exotic journey and worldly sophistication, this antique Shiraz rug charms with ease.
Rendered in variegated shades of brownish-rust, brick red, terra cotta, sienna, brown, chocolate, denim, tan, ecru, beige, onyx and ivory with other accent colors.
