This antique distressed Persian Shiraz rug (circa early 20th century) features a unique blend of colors and an intricately beautiful design. The tri-medallions consist of a vertical line of sub-geometric elements, surrounded by complementary figures in the field and surrounding borders. The various shades of orange, ivory, and light blue, gray and brown blend beautifully.
