An outstanding example of a Malayer rug with the 'mother and child' boteh design on an ivory ground. This rug is a rare example from this village featuring this sought after design. The borders of the rug are detailed and very well drawn.
The rug is in excellent condition with even wear and medium pile. Hand washed and is ready for use or display. Suitable for normal domestic use.
