72989, antique Persian Sarab runner, long hallway runner. Emanating elegance and grace, this Antique Persian Sarab Runner is a breathtaking example of Persian weaving. Up close the detail is incredibly intricate, and from a distance the curving forms create a highly desirable silhouette. Antique Sarab runners are prized for their warm color combinations and soothing forms. There is something mystical about the design which is beguilingly straightforward in orientation. A row of medallions runs the length of the rug meanwhile abstract floral and leaf motifs extend from the border and into the field at intervals. Well suited to a variety of interiors including traditional, formal, tribal, Jacobean, Tudor, Victorian, American Colonial and modern. Perfect for a hallway, corridor, kitchen, long foyer, entryway, stair landing, home office, private library, nook, parlor, small sitting area, vestibule, or it would make a lovely accent in a living room, bedroom, dining room, front room, great room, state room, family room, studio, study, loft, and lounge.
