21686 Antique Persian Shiraz rug with Tribal Style 05'01 x 06'08. With its rustic sensibility and tribal style, this hand-knotted wool antique Persian Shiraz rug will take on a curated lived-in look that feels timeless while imparting a sense of warmth and welcomed informality. The abrashed field beautifully displays a rhomboid pole medallion decorated with a scarab in the center lozenge. An an all-over geometric pattern comprised of birds, tree of life symbols, human figures, rosettes, pinwheels, and ambiguous tribal motifs surround the medallion. Each corner spandrel highlights a scarab motif an an array of complementary tribal motifs. It is enclosed with a repeating geometric border flanked with an inner and outer rectilinear meander guard band. With it's nomadic charm and Caucasian Qashqai tribe influence, this antique Shiraz rug is the perfect complement to interiors with similar richness and rustic vibes including natural wood furnished chalets, estates, cottages, and mountainside abodes as found in Montana, Colorado, Lake Tahoe, or the Adirondacks. Rendered in variegated shades of rust, navy blue, sienna, brown, ink blue, cerulean, orange, gold, taupe, tan, sand, beige, terra cotta, brick red, and burnt orange with other accent colors.
