About the Item
From the Interwar Period, this well-woven scatter on cotton of asymmetric knots, features a round, red petal medallion with a light blue petal sub-medallion within. Flowers swirl about and arches are formed above and below by pairs of large red and green barbed leaves. Red, strip style border with palmettes and star-rosettes. Transition from Farahan Sarouks to pure Sarouks. Compact, leathery texture.
