About the Item
Antique kelleh carpet or long rug from the region of Serabend with all over boteh design on a dark indigo blue ground, the boteh are drawn in a manner that gives them a great sense of flowing movement. The use of pastel shades in the boteh and border gives the carpet a light feel. This is a superb carpet that would grace any country house.
The carpet is in excellent condition with even wear and medium pile. The carpet is suitable for normal domestic use and has been hand washed, ready for use.
