This antique, circa 1900, Serab runner has a camel-brown field with a central light blue linked lozenges each lozenge containing a central rosette issuing angular serrated vines terminating in a polychrome palmettes surrounded by further floral motifs, at each side between the lozenges pairs of polychrome palmettes and floral motifs, in a camel-brown narrow border with golden-yellow angular vine enclosing a polychrome boteh between light blue and chocolate-brown plain stripes, outer band of shaded tomato-red and sea-green reciprocal skittle-pattern between light blue and tomato-red plain narrow stripes, outer broad camel-brown stripe.
