Features This well-woven city carpet in the general "Hajji Jalili" style shows all Herati all the time, with a royal blue field and equally scaled straw, pendanted corners, creating a classic cartouche field effect. Ecru Herati small medallion. Red main border with palmettes and neatly turned corners. Crisp, short pile. A formal carpet in the best sense. Good condition.
