The focal point is a bold, elongated mihrab motif, outlined in crisp angular lines and anchored by a striking central medallion in rich indigo, adorned with stylized floral rosettes and angular latch-hook forms. The field, rendered in soft camel tones, features finely drawn boteh, diamond, and arrow-like motifs, arranged with a precise, almost architectural symmetry. The corner spandrels mirror the directional structure of the mihrab, creating a harmonious visual flow. Framing the composition is an intricate border system, with the main border showcasing an alternating cartouche-and-rosette design in a muted yet vibrant palette of coral, ivory, and teal, flanked by narrow guard stripes with stepped geometric ornamentation.
