About the Item

Off-white cotton details pop up almost randomly in partial border lines, in the ogival medallion and in the straight stems of tall tulip flowers at one end. The rug has a general straw tone with a pale blue medallion with irregular serrated edge. Dark brown details some of the widely spaced field devices. SE Persian medium rustic weave. Good condition. Clearly the work of two weavers with the dark brown details working only halfway across. Measures: 5' 5" x 6' 10"
