This authentic Persian round hand-made Nain 9 LAA ( rug has high quality wool and silk pile with cotton foundation. The silk highlights the detail in the design. Nain is a city in Iran that is well known for producing fine handmade rug. This rug has medallion floral design. The base and border color is cream. The size is 8 feet 5 inches diameter. Rugs from the Nain city have a high reputation and are very popular and they add a lot of beauty to the home interior design. It is important to note that in different light settings of the house, the rug may seem slightly lighter or darker. (Each thread of the warp is made up of three threads, which you have 3x3=9 making it a 9 LAA Nain, equivalent to about 250 knots per square inch).
