This interwar NW Persian well-woven carpet still has presence in the significantly abrashed field going from brick to light brown with a strong arabesque and flowering palmette allover pattern contained by scalloped rosette and 'fish' leaf corners. The brick border shows the popular turtle palmette, 'fish' leaf and double connecting smooth vine design.
