In this listing you will find a stunning, high quality hand-knotted Kunduz rug. It features a beautiful pallette of wool pile dyed in natural colors. The wool used is noted for its extra soft, superior quality. The design features an all-over repeating pattern of geometric motifs, specific to certain weaving tribes and their identities. The rug was hand-knotted in Afghanistan in the 1940s and it is in exceptional condition.
