This vintage 6x6 Persian Jajim kilim is handwoven in wool, and is believed to originate from Kurdistan circa 1950-1960.
On the design
The flatweave carries a more distinct take on the panel weave style. The bright field enjoys traditional geometric patterns with an interesting use of colors in a minimal way. Alternating deliciously, the prevailing red, orange, pink
blue tones lend a very approachable yet playful look.
