About the Item
In this listing you will find a stunning vintage hand-woven Persian Qashqai rug. The main field is a rich brick red/orange-ish color, adorned with repeated geometric motifs that resemble stylized stars or diamond shapes, which often carry symbolic meaning like good luck or spirituality. The rug is traditionally hand-knotted using hand-spun wool and natural vegetable dyes, giving them durability and a distinct aesthetic. Hand-knotted in cca. 1940s.
The rug is in a very good vintage condition with few signs of time and use.
