The abrashed red field features an open floral medallion surrounded by an all-over botanical garden scene composed of opulent frondescence, floral bouquets with blooming palmettes, leafy tendrils, rosettes, curved sickle leaves, floral sprigs, and delicate blossoms. It is enclosed with an elaborate rosette leafy meander border flanked with an inner and outer floral Meander guard band elegantly pulling together colors from throughout into a unified, harmonious design. Rendered in variegated shades of red, navy blue, tan, camel, cerulean, brown, olive, verdigris, dark green, and goldenrod with other accent colors.
