This vintage Persian Shiraz rug (circa mid-20th century) features a unique blend of colors and an intricately beautiful design. A thick multi-banded border surrounds a relatively narrow center field, which plays host to a multitude of tribal medallions. The various shades of burnt orange, ivory, brown, and taupe blend beautifully with the ivory background.
