An exceptional silk Qum rug, hand woven in the mid 20th Century. The rug features a classic hunting scene design with all manner of flower and fauna on an ivory field and red border. Finely woven with excellent quality silk, this rug has virtually no wear as it has been hanging in a private collection since it’s initial purchase and is one of the best I have seen
Size: 2.03m x 1.44m (6ft 8in x 4ft 9in)
This rug is in excellent, original condition with very light wear and full pile. Fringes and selvedges are secure and it has been professionally cleaned.
