About the Item
Beautiful and rare Berit Koenig Woelfer flatweave carpet, hand-woven in Sweden by Svensk Hemslöjd - the Swedish society for arta and handicrafts - in the 1960s.
100 % new wool on linen. Signed with the artists initials and the initials of Svensk Hemsljöd.
The carpet has been cleaned, the ends of some of the fringes have been tied with a new linen thread. A few fringes are slightly worn.
Overall very good condition.
