Kilim. Handwoven in wool and natural yarns, its design is inspired by Rollakhan and Rya rugs in the Swedish Deco style.
On the Design:
These photos represent a 9x12 rug in this design, with geometric patterns in dark blue, beige and gray tones. Keen eyes will admire undyed, natural yarns interwoven for a look of striae and subtle color variation. This proprietary technique of ours both innovates and honors mid-century weaving techniques inherent to Scandinavian style.
