This 6x9 Kilim is a bold new addition to the Scandinavian Collection by Rug
Kilim. Handwoven in wool and natural yarns, its design reflects a contemporary take on mid-century Rollakans and Swedish Deco style.
On the Design:
This rug enjoys geometric patterns in white, cream and beige-brown, with hints of silk that lends an elegant touch to the neutral tones. Keen eyes will admire undyed, natural yarns interwoven for a look of striae and subtle color variation. This proprietary technique of ours both innovates and honors mid-century weaving techniques inherent to Scandinavian style.
Our flat weave further enjoys a thick, more durable body than any flat weave in high-end rugs. It’s a hallmark of our Kilim design, and another contemporary contribution to the Scandinavian aesthetic that sits comfortably anywhere.
